To me, technology is like a musical instrument: it takes repetition, patience, focus and intention to achieve a desired outcome.
As a user of technology in my own teaching, it is undeniable that technology enhances and facilitates teaching and learning in various environments- not just online. Though I come from the “less is more” mindset, I find it is important to be informed on learning theories, teaching methods, instructional design and e-learning platforms in order to make the most appropriate decision to achieve an outcome.
